This is a sugar-free recipe since it does not use refined sugar. Instead, the sweetness will come from the ripe bananas and monk fruit chocolate chips.
Ingredients
1/4 Monk Fruit Chocolate Chips
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Directions
Mash the bananas and mix in the flour, salt, baking soda, and eggs. Mix all until well combined. Add the chocolate chips. Place in muffin tins and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
