Delicious, warm, and soothing come to mind with this simple hot chocolate recipe. Oh, and don’t forget the whipped cream.

Ingredients:
2 cups of milk
1/2 cup of chocolate chips
1 cup of heavy cream
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Directions:
Combine the milk and chocolate chips in a pot using medium heat. Stir until the chocolate chips have melted and set aside.
In a bowl, mix the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract with an electric or hand mixer until creamy in texture. Pour the hot chocolate into a cup with some whipped cream and enjoy!
